                             Healthy life and healthy tips 

First is to eat well not only fruits and vegetables, because it dosen´t have all protein and vitanines that the bodie need. 

Tips:

1. You need to eat all kind of food a litle of all to have all vitamines. 
The sports for me are the more important because help you to be happy to be health to relax...

Tips:                                                                                                                                 

If you don't like sports like of team or of balls one tip can be practice gymastic or yoga


DRINK WATER!!!!!!! is so important to drink water is for all you need it 

Tips:

You can have a bottle whit water all the time to drink wen you want
Sleep from seven to eigth hours per day because is the time for being repared and don't being sleeping
